FAMU TV-20 News
It has been a true honor to serve as the weather anchor for FAMU TV-20. This role has not only allowed me to grow as a communicator but has also taught me the importance of perseverance and dedication to my craft, even when faced with challenges.
Delivering live broadcasts, while often nerve-wracking, has proven to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my academic and professional journey.
In just a few short months, I’ve gained valuable experience as a news reporter and on-air personality. I learned how to effectively deliver weather updates using ad-libbing techniques, conduct live shots under pressure, and remain adaptable within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a newsroom.
These experiences have strengthened both my confidence and skill set, and I am confident they will serve as a solid foundation as I continue to pursue a career in broadcast journalism.
